Presentation Instructions

Oral and Spotlight presentations

Please note that all oral presentations will be filmed and made available for online attendees.

Best Paper Award candidates have 15 minutes to present their work at dedicated sessions. The 15-minutes presentation includes 3 minutes for questions and a quick handover.

All other oral presentation is 10-minute long, including 2 minutes for questions and handover.

Poster spotlight presentation is 3-minute long and there will be equation and answer after the presentation. Discussions are to taken place in the poster session that immediately follows.

To ensure smooth transition between talks and to facilitate online/Zoom broadcasting to online attendees, the presenting author MUST upload the presentation slides (in powerpoint or PDF format) on CMT by Friday the 22nd of August.

Please use the following format for the file: submissionID.ppt or submissionID.pdf Please do NOT send zip files.

Poster presentations

You will have a space 3′ wide by 4′ tall (measurements are approximate). This is ideal for an A0 portrait poster.

Presenters should bring their printed posters to the conference. There is no onsite printing service.

Velcro pads and pins will be provided for affixing posters to the display boards.
