Oral presentations
Talks are 15 minutes long, including 3 minutes for questions and handover. The usual AV facilities will be provided. All presentations will be filmed and made available for online attendees.
To ensure smooth transition between talks and to facilitate online/Zoom broadcasting to online attendees, the presenting author should send the presentation slides to contact@aiih.cc by Friday the 23rd of August.
Poster presentations
You will have a space 3′ wide by 4′ tall (measurements are approximate). This is ideal for an A0 portrait poster.
We encourage authors to use our poster printing service and in order to do so authors must upload their posters before the deadline, Friday the 23rd of August (see Important Dates).
Velcro pads and pins will be provided for affixing posters to the display boards.
