Oral presentations
Talks are 15 minutes long, plus 3 minutes for questions and 2 minutes for handover. The usual AV facilities will be provided. All presentations will be filmed and made available for online attendees.
Poster presentations
You will have a space 3′ wide by 4′ tall (measurements are approximate). This is ideal for an A0 portrait poster.
We encourage authors to use our poster printing service and in order to do so authors must upload their posters before the deadline (see Important Dates).
Velcro pads and pins will be provided for affixing posters to the display boards.
