Authors of accepted papers must carry out online registration by the Author Registration date (see Important Dates). Each paper must have at least one author registered with full registration, with payment received by the author registration deadline. Only if the first author is the same, the first author as the presenting author may register up to two papers. When registering, please enter the paper ID. AIiH offers discounted student rate; however student registration can not be used for registering papers.

The AIiH 2024 offers the following access options.

1. Full access – applies to full registration and student registration:
   • Access to all oral & poster sessions and keynotes
   • Delegate pack including the programme book and electronic proceedings
   • Tea and coffee refreshments
   • Lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
   • Reception on Wednesday
   • Banquet on Thursday
2. Virtual access – available to registered online audience (non-author):
   • Online access to all oral sessions and keynotes
   • Online access to electronic proceedings

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation request must be notified in writing to the conference organisers by email (contact@aiih.cc).

Cancellation requests received on or before the Late Registration Deadline are subject to a cancellation fee of £75.00.
No refund can be issued for cancellation requests received after the Late Registration Deadline.
