All authors should review the following policy and guidance carefully, as failure to comply may result in the rejection of submission.
Paper Formatting: The types of papers accepted for publication are full papers (12 pages + up to 2 pages of references) and abstracts (up to 5 pages including references). Full-length papers will be published in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS), and abstracts will be archived, with DOIs, on Zenodo. Your contribution may be prepared in LaTeX or Microsoft Word. Please use the templates provided on the Information for Authors of Springer page. Please note for full papers author names and affiliations must be removed when submitting your paper for review, see our double blind review policy below. Dual Submission: AIiH aims to publish novel work. By submitting to AIiH, the authors agree that the work has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in peer-reviewed journal, conference, or workshop. Furthermore, no publication substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another publication venue in the AIiH review period. ArXiv papers and university technical reports that are not peer reviewed can be submitted to AIiH. Violation of any of these will lead to rejection.
Attendance and no-show policy: By submitting the paper to AIiH, the authors agree that upon acceptance at least one of the authors will register for the conference and present the work in person at the conference. If there is any extenuate circumstance that prevents the presenting author from travelling to the conference, the authors should notify the organisers at the earliest opportunity. For no-shows, AIiH reserves the right to remove the paper from post-conference proceedings.
Confidentiality: All reviewers and members of the organising committee are instructed to keep all information about submitted materials confidential and not to share or distribute materials for any reasons other than to facilitate review. It however should be noted that AIiH cannot be held responsible for the consequences if confidentiality is broken due to a violation of confidentiality in the review process.
Ethics: Authors are expected to follow standard ethical guidelines. Plagiarism is strictly forbidden and AIiH will be using iThenticate for plagiarism checks. Authors take full responsibility for the contents of their papers, including content generated by LLMs.
